Why this one sticks

Every plan works.
Until Tuesday.

Most plans fail because they ask you to stop eating your own food, train like you've nothing else on, and start again every time life gets in the way. This one doesn't.

Food you recognise

Kebab wraps, batata harra, kunafa, chia puddings. Levantine cooking portioned and counted — not replaced with chicken and broccoli.

Macros, not rules

Every recipe carries its numbers. You learn what a meal actually costs you, so eventually you can make the call without asking.

Built for your week

Suhoor at 4am, shift work, a family dinner you're not going to skip. The plan is built to survive a normal life.

Moe to supply the real tiers and prices. Suggested structure: one flagship monthly coaching offer (Online), an in-person upgrade, and a lower-commitment nutrition-only tier. Prices can stay off the page and be given on the consult call — this is how Discipline and Housed both do it.

The process

How it actually works

  1. We map your week

A free consult: your schedule, your kitchen, what you already cook. Prayer times, shift work and family dinners go in at the start — not bolted on when the plan fails.

  2. You get a plan you recognise

Macros set, training programmed to your actual life, recipes drawn from food you already eat. Adjusted as your training, appetite and season change.

  3. We keep it honest

Weekly check-ins and small corrections. The goal is never to restart — it's to build enough momentum that you never need to.

Every plan includes

  • Custom macro targets, reviewed fortnightly
  • A recipe library built around Levantine cooking
  • Weekly check-in with written feedback
  • Training programmed to your actual schedule
  • Message access between check-ins
  • Ramadan and travel handled, not paused

Ramadan & Suhoor

قبل الفجر

No chaos
before Fajr.

Everything prepped the night before, so suhoor isn't a decision you make half-asleep at 4am. High protein, structured, and quiet. During Ramadan the plan changes shape — it doesn't stop.

  • Four chia puddings, all under 410 calories
  • No kitchen mess, no decision fatigue
  • Built to hold you through the fast, not just fill you
Four jars of chia pudding — berry, chocolate, vanilla and dragon fruit — on a wooden bench

From The Complete Suhoor Guide — prepared the night before, designed for energy, discipline and control.

Results

"Toum is built,
not poured."

Moe's own line, from the recipe book. It's the whole method: slow, deliberate, and it splits the second you rush it.

Consistency, not intensityBehaviour changeNo restarts
⚠ Placeholder — real client testimonials required

This block is designed for three or four short client quotes — first name, rough timeframe and one specific outcome ("down 8kg and still eating my mum's cooking").

Nothing has been written here on purpose. Testimonials must come from real clients with their permission. Quote the behaviour change rather than leaning on before/after body photos.

⚠ Placeholder

Portrait of Moe required — in a kitchen, shot to the §08 treatment. The same photo can front the hero. Not a gym-mirror selfie.

⚠ Placeholder — biography required from Moe

Needs: his background, why he coaches, his own relationship with Levantine food, and any qualifications or certifications to list.

The one thing worth leading with, based on his existing writing: he is a coach who cooks. That's rarer than it sounds, and it's the reason this works.

Questions

Before you book

What happens on the consult?

A relaxed call. We talk through your goal, your week and what you actually eat, then work out which coaching option fits. No pressure, no obligation.

Do I need a gym?

No. Training is programmed around what you actually have access to. Plenty of clients start at home.

Is everything halal?

The recipe library is built around Levantine home cooking, so it's halal-friendly by default. Anything that isn't gets swapped without a fuss.

What happens during Ramadan?

The plan changes shape rather than stopping. Suhoor and iftar are structured, training moves, and targets are adjusted for the month.

I travel for work. Does that break it?

No. Travel weeks are planned in advance with a shorter list of repeatable meals.

Do I have to weigh everything forever?

No. Weighing is a training wheel. You do it properly for a while so you learn what portions actually look like, then you stop.
